Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We offer the following delivery services:

Delivery Areas
We deliver to urban and rural addresses throughout New Zealand.
Please note that some remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Important Notes
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, re-delivery fees may apply.
